We measure the success of our projects, which typically run from 12 – 24 months, on the basis of two core criteria:
- have performance improvement targets been achieved?
- are these improvements sustainable based on the processes introduced and the people trained?
At the outset of any improvement initiative, PSA will generally conduct a series of assessments to assess
current performance and climate levels. These assessments will determine improvement opportunities and form the baselines from
which targets are set.
PSA also undertakes post-programme evaluations which can include evaluations of programmes which
have been undertaken independently or with the support of other consulting firms.
More recently we have undertaken a number of compliance audits in terms of decent work and fair trade on behalf of major global retailers.
This is an area we envisage growing over the next few years and we are in the process of also gearing up for HSE (ISO 9002/14000) and corporate
governance monitoring and auditing.
