Performance improvement can only be sustained if people are trained to follow the right practices in an institutional and policy environment that supports these best practices.
PSA has invested considerably in developing an applied training and coaching methodology which dramatically improves learner retention rates. Built into this methodology are ongoing formative assessments and final comprehensive summative assessments of all participants.
We have our own training materials for Leadership Development at management and at supervisory (team leader) levels. We also offer a series of modules in Service Excellence. These training materials have been lodged with the Services SETA for accreditation purposes which is currently under way.
Where requested, we design both organisational and individual training programmes linked to performance improvement programmes. We can, upon request, format these plans as WSP submissions to relevant SETA’s.
PSA has an extensive internal and networked capability which specialises in materials development and editing. Recent projects include the full extent of nature guiding materials for the Kruger National Park.
