OUR SERVICES
OUR APPROACH
Our seven core Operational Principles which we have refined over the years are as follows:
Co-ownership
Getting all key stakeholders on board and fully supportive is crucial to the success of any new program. Having a collective force behind each intervention, ensures an eco-system that works together to build mutual support and joint value for all.
Applied skill development
Our applied programs aim at rapid behavioural change within a short time frame. They are highly targeted in terms of the behaviours that they seeks to change. These are determined through ongoing research and study into what practices have the most impact on institutional performance.
Cost-effectiveness at scale
With limited resources to meet major developmental challenges, we focus on areas of ‘strategic leverage’ where maximum impact can be achieved. We aim to ensure that our interventions can be replicated at scale at affordable cost levels for both public and private sector clients. We recognise that technology has an important role in this form of delivery.
Technology
We are fully attuned to the rapidly changing world of technology and are constantly integrating digital thinking into our into our materials and client engagements. PSA automated a range of its internal processes and has established an extensive cloud based data repository which enables data driven reporting – additionally we use a range of digital communication, teaching, learning and coaching platforms to interact with our clients.
Demand-driven
Our programs should result in driving demand for further targeted services and support. We strive to help our clients to move away from externally driven ‘push models’ to a ‘demand driven’ culture where participants are empowered to assess what they require to solve problems, and where they can access the necessary support.
Measurable, sustainable results
We measure our success on the basis of whether our programs demonstrably improve the performance outcomes of organisations with whom we work. This performance improvement is underpinned by developing the core skills of our participants and by measuring the new practices they are able to demonstrate – this builds true sustainability.
Sound programme and Risk management
We are ISO accredited and apply these customer facing, quality standards to all programs. Our project management processes built over more than 20 years, focus on tight budget adherence and rigorous risk management. We are committed to the provisions of the POPI Act and to safeguarding our clients personal information.
