The graph below indicates the growth in maturity of management practices by Business Unit. All Business Units in the programme reflected steady growth over the three time periods despite the fact that the schooling were heavily impacted by the Covid pandemic:

This graph below indicates that for the Coal Division there was a sound correlation between the level of school management maturity (MPA Score), and the 2021 NSC outcomes of the schools:

This graph below indicates the improvement in practices and in assessment outcomes for one of the Leading schools in the program Sibukosethu Primary - a 900-pupil primary school in eMalahleni, Mpumalanga Province:

“This is to appreciate the PSA project in the Emalahleni 1 circuit. Since the schools started with the project, there have been many benefits to the schools and the communities in the area. For example the curriculum tracker has made the SMT monitoring even easier, and actually the whole circuit is using the tracker. I wish the programme can continue and include other schools that were not in the programme.”
