PSA Client Feedback Results for 2023

PSA conducted its annual customer survey in November 2023 and registered an improvement in its overall Client Satisfaction Index. Based on responses from 10 senior client managers the Index moved from 4.3 to 4.5 out of a possible total of 5.

 

The greatest improvements were registered in terms of PSA’s Implementation Methodology which shifted from 4.1 to 4.7. Other positive improvements were registered in terms of Learner Materials and the Quality of PSA Coaches.
