PSA Client Feedback Results for 2024

PSA Conducted its annual customer survey  in November 2024 and registered a small improvement in its overall Client Satisfaction  Index.  Based on responses from 11 senior client managers the Index moved from 4.4 to 4.6 out of a possible total of 5.

 

The greatest improvements were registered in terms of the quality of PSA’s Coaches which shifted from 4,2 to 4,6. It was positive that there were improvements in all the other areas,  ranging from 0,2 to 0,1. We were particularly pleased and encouraged that we were rated 4.8/5 in terms of our responsiveness to customers needs  (Question 1) as well as for whether clients would recommend our services to others.

Rob Wilson, PSA Data Services Manager commented “This is a sound set of results, and we are grateful to our team who have maintained the standards set and to our customers for the feedback we have received.  As always one can improve, and these areas have been noted. PSA’s ISO accreditation was once again confirmed at the end of 2024 by SGS who conducted our compulsory annual surveillance audit.
